It was slightly frustrating that when I arrived for my appointment that she was with a customer. This meaning my appointment ended up 10 mins later than booked. I also enquired about eye lash lift and was told I would have to have separate patch test. When I asked for to be done that day I was told they didn’t have the kit for it. Just bit frustrating.
