Booked this in and prepaid for the appointment and it was cancelled last minute (totally understood and no problem at all) but I wasn’t able to make any other appointment as I work full time and my evenings were booked due to it being the week before Christmas, I asked for this to be cancelled and refunded. Haven’t received a refund and haven’t had any communication which is really disappointing as these guys are usually my go to. (Stars not against the staff member as they didn’t do anything)
