They really accommodated me, I was running late and called them to let them know and if they would rather i rebooked. It was the last appointment of the day but it was no trouble and they waited for me. When i arrived they were very understanding and welcoming which made me feel at ease. Also very happy with my eyebrows to! :) It was very much appreciated.

The treatment was brilliant.
The only thing I would say is, having moved to reading last year, and finding you, is that to sort out the falling down wall paper, slight tidy up on the maintaining of the shop. Apart from that, I'll be back in 6 weeks.
