After applying tints, the beautician walked off for long periods. There was nobody waiting to be seen, and I don't know where she went. Usually when I go to other salons I'm met with friendly chit chat, but not here.
When cleaning my eyes, which I had explained was uncomfortable, she told me I was "like a child". I told her not to say that and she laughed. No apology.
Every client deserves respect unless they have been rude. I would like to see this salon become less hostile towards clients.

I had another amazing HydraFacial with Marta, and I honestly can't say enough good things about her! She is absolutely excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. every time I go, I leave feeling refreshed, glowing, and completely relaxed. Marta has such a warm, welcoming energy, and she truly takes the time to understand your skin. I genuinely look forward to each visit. It's such a treat. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who knows skin!
