Lovely venue conveniently situated in central Southampton. Very quiet and easy to book an appointment at a time of my convenience.
Technician struggled to take previous shellac polish off and the gel polish manicure looks very patchy even with 3 coats - I could have done a neater job at home myself!

My visits to the Butterfly Lounge are my pleasure and not a guilty one either! as when you are working hard and full time for years, a monthly treat is something that looks after you and connects with deep relaxation. As it was my birthday I treated myself to a massage and a hydra facial - a deep cleansing treatment, I am in my fifties and have open as well as blocked pores, the treatment was excellent, I looked fresher, my skin looked plumper and it was deeply relaxing. Thank you so much.
