Friendly, relaxing, patient when choosing nail colour, good to hear suggestions of colour, not rushed, methodical. Overall an extremely pleasant experience and in comparison with other salons visited, Beauty Lounge has got it right.

Another excellent massage and facial from Sonal. A birthday treat to myself. She is amazing ! Fantastic attention to detail especially the knots in my calves of all places...fantastic pressure as I like a firm massage, totally invigorating. She is great , she remembers your problem areas, is warm and friendly, does not rush the massage and is very thorough. Excellent 10/10 Thank you as always, Sarah
