A lovely warm welcome, was attended to immediately and offered a cup of tea. Was kept updated about how I would wait, I was early and the massage was on time. The salon was friendly with a calming and warm atmosphere. Excellent head massage, and shoulders too. Therapist knew my problem area. A lovely experience and have booked again for in two weeks. Thank you, this is my 'go to' salon in Southampton now. Very happy ! Sarah
