Atmosphere was lovely and relaxing! It was my first time in a while getting threaded but Saima made me feel very comfortable and checked in with me several times throughout. I have sensitive skin so she also gave me some advice about aftercare too!

I booked a back, shoulder, and neck massage but ended up receiving a full body massage instead. The massage itself felt more like a gentle rub / rubbing oil up and down my body rather than a proper massage — it didn’t seem like the therapist really knew how to work on the muscles effectively. Unfortunately, it didn’t help my back at all. Such a shame, as I normally have Sonal, who is excellent and I would highly recommend!
