I came in for a tsection of highlights and a hair cut. I left my appointment with stripes in my hair and random blocks of bleach blonde along my centre parting. When they were washing my hair I could tell they knew of their mistake and put more bleach in my hair, although I asked them not to. I’ve been chasing them for my refund, no one’s replied to my emails and when I call they say they’ll sort it and never do.
