Couldn’t do pedicure as they are unable to remove gel polish which was fine, manicure was nice however the polish was only one coat instead of two and was not spread out well and my nails chipped the day after.
Venue doesn’t open until 10.30am yet taking bookings from 10am.
Venue was closed when i arrived at 10am and was asked to come back at 11am by the owner.
Venue is absolutely freezing and should not be allowed to continue to trade the way it is.
I did contact the owner by phone call and text to advise re the cold which she ignored.
No regards for health, safety or hygiene. Dirty towels
Sub standard treatments.
Very surprised that people actually bring children here for so called pamper parties.
