Venue doesn’t open until 10.30am yet taking bookings from 10am.
Venue was closed when i arrived at 10am and was asked to come back at 11am by the owner.
Venue is absolutely freezing and should not be allowed to continue to trade the way it is.
I did contact the owner by phone call and text to advise re the cold which she ignored.
No regards for health, safety or hygiene. Dirty towels
Sub standard treatments.
Very surprised that people actually bring children here for so called pamper parties.

I had my nails done Bethany was very pleasant friendly explained everything to me as it was my first time having my nails done my nails look amazing everyone commenting how lovely my nails look booked go go back in 3 weeks times
