Nur is an extremely knowledgeable and pleasant waxer. I quite enjoyed my session with her because she kept me relaxed and held a really good conversation with me. She was very meticulous as she went over and removed all the stubborn hairs i had which most waxers wouldn't even both. I quite liked that she was dedicated to giving me great customer service, making sure i was happy with my wax. She also let me know what she was doing each step of the way, letting me know when it will hurt the most.

Had a great experience having a Hollywood wax with Nurhayat. She was very friendly and welcoming which made me feel comfortable straight away. Nurhayat explained in detail the process and was very attentive..always checking I was comfortable before continuing. The result was a very professional wax that i am extremely happy with. I will return for other treatments.
