After looking into salons that did HD brows in Edinburgh, I booked an appointment with the salon manager- As I liked the look of the shape and style she advertised. When I arrived I was asked to fill in a form and then taken to the treatment room. It wasn’t until she had started she mentioned the salon owners name I realised I didn’t actually get who I booked in with. The girl was lovely but did not do a good job at all. I mentioned I didn’t wear a lot of make up and the colour is far too dark for my complexion / bare face for work. There was absolutely no definition in the shape just a tidy up with wax around the edges. The lighting in the treatment room wasn’t great and I didn’t realise how messy the shape was or I would have said something at the time. I am very disappointed, feel like it was a waste of money.
