Lovely atmosphere and the staff were very nice. Only thing was my Hollywood wax could have been more thorough as I still found quite a few hairs after my treatment which was disappointing. It would have been nice for the therapist to ask me to check at the end with a mirror if I was happy with the results like most other places do.
