I usually see Jetmira but she wasn't available so I saw Jade instead. Lovely, friendly and chatty, and provided a great service.

I had never had a wax before and decided to go all out with the Hollywood wax so was a little bit nervous. Jade made me feel very comfortable and less nervous. The wax itself was such a surprise as it wasn't nearly as painful as I'd expected. Some spots were a little more painful but it was over in a split second. For those who are curious, the back didn't hurt at all! The entire process was quick, painless and pleasant - I'm never shaving again!
