I was 30 mins late for my appointment due to traffic hold ups and Lauren could not have been any more accommodating to me if she had tried. Nothing was a bother for her . She’s fabulous. Stephanie also assisted so I could get all my treatments done even though I was late. What a great place and fabulous staff x
