Lauren was very sweet and thorough and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the wax.
My only issue was that the wax was extremely hot and it burned my skin a couple of times especially in sensitive areas. It ended up making me a little red and it still is a little uncomfortable now a couple of days later. It happens, but that was the only issue. Apart from that, it was great experience! X
Nicola was amazing, always welcoming and friendly.
