I turned up for my appointment and there was nobody at reception or in the salon. I ended up waiting over 20 mins beyond my appointment time with no idea whether someone was going to turn up - which wasn't Courtney's fault at all, as she'd been left with no support and was with a client - but I nearly left thinking that my appointment had been forgotten. I even called and emailed the salon and received no response. Bad customer service from Deborah's Beauty
