great service and lovely chat but my hair was back a few days later so I think must have broken/snapped. not sure how to make better but would go back with this feedback rather than try find another salon. Good price

Dirty,I stepped into wax.Specialist knew it, she put towels on the floor when coming in. No towel provided for cover. Painful, armpit wax left me bleeding. Leg wax was chaotic, kept being scratched with the wooden stick, feet not done,patches of hair
