Been here many times before but there are new staff now.Booked a luxury gel manicure & turned up extra early. The therapist said they couldn't do nail art, no ombre, only single colour & no refund if we cancelled & Then added that we were WASTING THEIR TIME when we were an hour early & the place was empty! The lady was rude & Got annoyed if we pointed out the nail shapes were uneven & also when asked how they repaired a nail. She acted like she was doing us a favour instead of HER JOB. Awful!

Made sure the room was warm and was given cleanser and a warm cloth to remove my makeup. Went the extra mile with sole protectors and Vaseline for hands- nails and palms- and toenails; not every salon does that! Discussed colour beforehand too. 5*
