Good experience generally, as I really liked the waxer but the wax itself was not very good. Not sure if there was anew wax or something but it was very unfinished and much more painful than before (during and since)

Loved my treatment today with Stefanie. She knew what she was doing, and was very friendly and reassuring; the kind of person that makes you feel like you've known them forever!
