Stephanie was very pleasant and chatted away to me making me feel very welcome whilst l was waiting for a short time on Ria who was doing my treatment.
Stephanie did not do my treatment, Ria did a great job and l was really happy with my eyebrows, which were waxed threaded, plucked and tinted and l also had a patch test.
I will return to Beauty in the Basement.
