Iona was absolutely lovely in helping fix a botch nail job I had done at another salon previously, that when it was time to get a removal done, it was a no brainer! I was very pleased to know that she does removals with a manual file rather than the e-file (but she does still offer this service). The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and takes you away from the hussle and bustle outside. I'd thoroughly recommend Beauty in the Basement. Thanks Iona!
