Wax was not what I expected, a lot more painful that my treatments at other places, pressure was not applied which increased the pain. There was also a lot of stray hairs left that I would have expected to be plucked.

It was my second time there. I booked on line and when I arrived the receptionist took ages to open the door. I didn't have much time and there was almost half hour delay (what I understand that happens, but on that day really caused me trouble). However I would go back there as the woman responsible for the eyebrows is EXCELLENT and super sweet. The negative aspect of my experience was not her fault, but the receptionist.
