Had booked an appointment for Thursday and paid online already, so very kind of the salon to allow me to walk in and have the wax on Friday. Salon is very basic and you have to walk through their kitchen area to get to the waxing room, which wasn't very tidy. However, the wax was efficient and produced good results.

It was smelly and rather dirty. I had to wait in a deserted reception area for 20minutes until somebody showed up, although the appointment was booked beforehand.

One of the most uncomfortable massages I have experienced. I'm not sure this was even a massage, more just being rubbed with oil and then hot stones. I feel in more pain after lying on the uncomfortable bed than before I went. Also not a relaxing experience. Lights were left on, noise and music from outside very disturbing and the therapists phone rang three times. I booked a hot stone massage for an hour but my massage lasted less than 40 minutes. Highly disappointed. I've never written a bad review but this was the biggest waste of money and by far the worst massage I have experienced!

Good experience - but this was my first microdermabrasion treatment so I don't have much to compare it to.
