Gel Nails Manicure
I booked a pedicure through Treatwell, when I arrived they asked me to pick a colour, at the end when I went to leave they told me I had a shellac pedicure but only paid for normal and tried to make me pay this difference, in my opinion it's up to the salon to provide the correct service.

Very nice staff, and a quiet, chilled vibe. I was a bit uncertain as I'd never had my eyebrows threaded or tinted before, but the technician was very capable and gave me great advice (the shaping of the brow, the shade of dye) and I'm thrilled with the results. She was quick too! I didn't try any other treatments but I'll definitely go back to get my eyebrows done there again.

So happy with the acrylic set, the man doing them was very good. Slight confusion with pricing as I was told shellac/gels would be same price as normal polish when actually its £10 more, perhaps staff should be more well informed on pricing. Other than that no complaints.
