Without a doubt the worst waxing experience I have ever experienced. The place was squalid and the woman doing the waxing was surly. The hot wax was scalding and after struggling with it for ten minutes, dripping it everywhere and causing a great deal of pain, she gave up and started using strip wax. Utterly agonising and she didn’t even ask me if I minded. Was left with raw, painful skin and blobs of wax everywhere. I was also booked in to have my eyebrows done but there was no way I was going to let her near me again. Never going back again. Completely unacceptable.
