Very unprofessional. The woman did not wash her hands prior to treatment, tell me her name nor give me any privacy to undress. She also did not check if I was even booked in. Massage was terrible. The room was small and dingy, although lights were dimmed, it was still too bright to be relaxing. I was lying on a massage table but was not offered the hole for my face so spent the entire massage on the side of my neck. "Masseuse" kept her rings on during the treatment which was scratchy. I saw no evidence that this woman was a qualified beautician. The woman was slightly larger which is fine, but she kept pushing her chest and tummy into my face when leaning
over me. She got very close to my genital area and left me feeling very exposed in my underwear. At the end she also rubbed me down with a "clean" hot towel which I did not enjoy and was very scratchy. I paid for an hour and got 45 minutes - it was a lot of money for a very unrelaxing experience. Photos displayed here also do not reflect the interior of the salon. I feel misled and very disappointed.
