I wanted to reschedule, but the salon never picks up the phone so I couldn’t rescheduled. I ended up not being able to go to the appointment. What’s worse is that Treatwell never solved this when I reached out through customer care, and after rounds of customer care messages, Treatwell came back and said reach out to the salon by yourself, which I explained that didn’t work and this is the whole reason why I was reaching out. No one, including salon and Treatwell don’t care. Disappointing.

Good appointment, very reasonable and good service - my only complaint was that my appointment was rearranged 5 mins before the slot, at which point I was already close to the venue.
