I came 20 minutes early and they didn't make me wait till my appointment time.
The lady didn't leave the room for me to change and get on the waxing bed which I found odd cause in my previous experiences, they always gave you some privacy.
It's been some time since I got waxed so I've been shaving which causes irregular hair growth. This meant that tiny little hairs were left behind, which I can understand was due to my waxing. However when I went home to check later, I noticed that there longer parts of hair that could have been removed but weren't.
My skin was also quite sensitive and chaffed afterwards. I could see my skin peeling.
I don't think I will be coming back.

I went to Premier Beauty Clinic and got my eyebrows threaded and my upper lip waxed. The beautician was professional and it was extremely quick and well done. There were a few small stray hairs left over, but overall it was a good experience and extremely worth it for what I paid, I would definitely go back again.
