I went in without an appointment, they usually have time earlier in the day.
We went downstairs, I was seated in a half broken chair with a pillow placed behind me. The wax was already warm and the slapped on a layer on my upper lip, without cleaning before. She pulled off the skin off my upper lip due to taking too big of a section on on time and the wax was too hot. I now have to go to a wedding with a massive scab on my face. Horrible experience, never going back there again.
It was good for value, girl was very nice but she didn't leave the room when you must put off clothes which is a bit embarrassing. Door was half closed so you could hear what happened around, people and music so not very relaxing but for the price it worth it definitely

I found Premier to be quite disorganised, all appts were running late and the phone was constantly ringing with no one to answer it. With the threading itself I didn't feel I had much say in what was done, the result - much smaller brows than planned!
