This treatment was super cheap so I knew not to expect any frills, which was fine. But answering the phone and the door during the treatment was a little strange, and having the wax pot balanced on the bed that I was laid on seemed asking for trouble, especially as I accidentally kicked it when turning over!

I want to start by saying the hair stylist was lovely, polite, kind, and very nice. I went in for a wash and blow dry and the premises were very clean, very orderly, and calm. My wash was great, she massaged by head thoroughly and was not rough but just perfect. However the blow dry was bad. I left with pieces of hair that were still curly and damp. I didn't want to cause a fuss, so I left without a complaint. But the head massage is definitely worth the money!!
