The facial was great - no complaints left my face soft and smooth The full body massage was awful. There was no massage. They didn’t know what they where doing, felt like they were just rubbing me. Only did my back, shoulders, arms and back of calves. Clearly not trained as ask me how massage should be. Whilst having the massage a man walked in the room - no apology or anything
