No issue with the treatments, but communication was very lacking. I had never had either before; there was minimal effort to explain what was happening, the atmosphere on arrival wasn't the most welcoming (not hostile, just got the feeling I had interrupted their afternoon somehow), and I got the impression they were glad to have the treatments done and get rid of me. I would have either treatment again, but not at this location
