This is not for eyebrows review ive had terrible experience with them changed my appointment twice, whe. Ive already waited two weeks, no call just text. Found text to be quite rude and direct. Appointments changed for reasons which i find to be excuses to change my time to suit them. I have been very loyal to this salon. I was told then the person texting me was not the manager,she will call me still waiting for that. On top of all this was accused of using code twice. Not happy treated badly.

The venue was fine. No refreshments provided as advertised.
Also wowcher advertise the venue as Great Barr and the voucher was brought on that proviso so was a little bit concerning that the venue changed to Walsall instead of Great Barr.
Overall experience once we found the location was ok, The outside of the building would benefit from having an update.
The therapists were really nice and did an excellent job.

Great manicure, lovely setting but if the gardens and exterior were kept better it would have enhanced the experience.

The massage and pedicure was amazing.
The environment is the best I've ever seen/been.
The service from the therapist was beautiful. Spoke only when she needed to. The music was soothing and relaxing.
I will definitely revisit.
