Rushed service. Left with bruising and wax still on my area. Very rough and done so quickly. I’ve never had a Hollywood done in 15/20 minutes ever. And I’ve been having them for 7 years now.

I paid for a 45 min rebalancing facial treatment. This was meant to include a steam and extraction treatment. It didn't and I was in and out of the treatment room in 20 minutes.
