The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was good, but unfortunately the bench looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and I found it quite unhygienic. When I got out and looked at my manicure in daylight, I could see that the sides of the gel were wobbly, some had overlapped onto the skin of my fingers, and there was a piece of fluff caught inside the gel on one of my nails. Two of them chipped within 2 days. I don't think they can justify the price for the level of service.
