I walked in to have my gel polish removed from the mani/pedi I got in this same salon a few weeks earlier. The tech didn’t seem to soak my fingertips long enough because despite her assurances, there was still gel left on my nails when she was done. Worse, she didn’t use remover at all on my toes, only a nail file. She repeatedly hurt the skin beside my toes with the file, leaving me with scabs on my toes the next day. It was painful and she didn’t even get it all off. Horrible experience.

Sharon was so wondaful, she was both so sweet but did a really incredible job on my manicure and pedicure! It was the most pleasant way to start my day and a wonderful experience! I really enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend this salon for anyone!
