The massage room had nice, peaceful lighting and smelled good. Everything was very clean and the choice of music was relaxing. Massage therapist incredibly chatty (very friendly) and incredibly thorough with her massage however, the massage was more of a 'whirlwind' than soothing. Good if that is what you're going for!

I cannot recommend Jamie highly enough. Friendly and professional. Massage definitely hits the spot-targeted and specific to my needs. I literally walk out taller, my stress reduced and I feel the difference. I now make it a regular treatment.
