I hadn’t realised how much I was carrying. Jamie released my shoulders and neck as well as then completing the head massage. She was amazing. She kept me completely in the loop about what she was doing and talked me through it. And then when I needed ‘to let it go’, she held silent space for me to just be. Excellent treatment - I’ve rebooked.
