The salon is in a hairdressing basement, with lots of people walking back and forth past the rooms. I was waiting for about 10 minutes past my appointment time to be called. Once I was called, the technician was friendly and polite, but didn't really explain the treatment much - luckily I had had it done before.
After the first gels had been applied, all of a sudden, without any conversation, the lights were turned off and the technician left the room. I couldn't open my eyes, It was awful.
I'd like to say it was all worth it and I had beautiful lashes, but after the third day, they were back to normal. A complete waste of money.
