I had a back massage and heat pressure point massage - both were excellent and I'd give a 5/5 for those. The therapist was friendly and good at her job. The only downside for me was that the music from the barber upstairs was audible behind the relaxing music in the treatment room, and I personally found that a bit distracting, so that is why overall I gave it a 4.

Staff were lovely and the salon is a cute little clean place, unfortunately my gel polish started chipping off after 5 days so could have done with an extra top coat.
