Really nice atmosphere and great staff however, manicure left my nails in a state and it will take some time to recover... Unevenly filed, Polish chipped off on day one, cuticles not properly removed.. Bit of a disappointment

Lara is absolutely lovely and it was a nice change not to go to a dash-in-and-out nail bar. However the mani did take twice as long (an hour), I paid an extra £10 for soak off (which Lara very kindly allowed me to drop round another time) and she painted the gel polish was a little too close to the cuticle so it isn’t looking as clean after a week as normal.
