Staff are so lovely and welcoming, absolutely couldn’t fault them. The leg wax was very thorough and the wax used for both treatments was natural and organic, unfortunately the Hollywood wax wasn’t quite up to the standard I would expect, but next time I’ll be sure to say before leaving.

The spray tan was supposed to be for my wedding & they cancelled it last minute (15 minutes beforehand) without letting me know. I had a text message to say an 'emergency' had come up -They said they had been trying to contact me all day but I had no call before 3pm & no voicemail. One text message at 4.45, 15 minutes before my session was supposed to start- obviously I was on my way there without a signal on the underground- & shop completely shut up when i arrived at 5! What a joke! They didnt seem very sorry, just told me to request my refund through Treatwell. So unprofessional!!
