The salon was clean and the room was nice. The therapist did a good wax but displayed minimal customer service skills (think no niceties or politeness, abrupt but professional!) and she didn't ask me if the temperature of the wax was ok (I have a little burn mark now) but other than that very good and squeezed me in on a Friday lunchtime.

The staff was lovely although the treatment took longer than expected. The salon is in a basement which doesn’t make it feel very luxurious. Good value for money, and my feet felt very soft afterwards.
