A little suprised that this was underneath a hairdressers, but I guess in london it's a cheaper way of saving rents. Once downstairs, all the staff were lovely and Lara made me feel completely at ease whilst doing my facial and pedicure. She was honestly lovely, chatting away and then I relaxed so much during my facial. Only slight niggle I have is that I was actually overcharged, my pedicure was meant to be £15 and my facial £35, however I got charged £20 for my pedicure. I think it was a honest mistake, as £20 was in Lara's price list, and she must have forgotten Treatwell's offer, I didn't complain as I had such a nice time, but it is something to keep in mind.

I had an appointment with The Beauty Retreat With Lara at Amadeus Hair & Body for a facial.
The service provided with the booking was extremely poor, they have tried to change my booking a couple of times. Then they have confirmed that my original booking was ok and when I was already on my way to the appointment they wanted to change the time and postpone the booking an hour. Extremely bad service, not sure why they offer discount to get new clients to deliver such a terrible customer experience!
I did not want to go ahead with the facial and I've asked to confirm a refund which has not been processed at all, really not sure about getting my money back at some point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...never seen such a lack of professionalism in my life!
