Hayley recommended a deep tissue massage for my problems which proved to be exactly what I needed, and she was very considerate, asking me to tell her if it was too strong. I have now booked a course of 3 more massages, with a discount, as Hayley suggested that I would benefit from continued treatment - fingers crossed they work.
