The shop was clean, owner Sumitra is very friendly. I did not get Manju as she was busy but Sumitra performed the wax and she was very quick.

Blow dry doesn't include wash. they made me pay extra in venue. I was put on a very uncomfortable chair with no mirror, even if the venue was empty and there were 2 available stations. almost zero customer service. blow dry was actually good.

Sumitra (The owner) is really welcoming and friendly which is a plus.
Poonam(Manju/Devi) is the best waxer I’ve ever been to, so attentive and efficient! Super thorough as well :)
Only reason why I dropped a star was that she used a metal tweezer to pluck the strays but I did not see it get sanitised after :(.
Apart from that 10/10 across the board !
