As soon as I stepped in the door the girls were just so welcoming, friendly and attentive! The salon itself was beautiful, relaxing and so clean.
I was asked how I would like my brows, which is thick and fluffy but neat - and they are exactly how I wanted them! Thank you so much, I'll definitely be coming back :)

I had a massage today with Komal, and it was absolutely wonderful. This was a birthday gift from my family, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. From the moment the session began, Komal made me feel completely relaxed and cared for.
Her technique was soothing yet effective, and she intuitively knew exactly where to focus. By the end of the massage, I felt lighter, calmer, and honestly like a brand-new person.

I will never return.
I asked for almond nails - it took three members of staff to give me angular, misshapen and uneven nails.
The lady doing my nails seemed to be learning how to remove them - it took over an hour, I was cut twice and she was asking what equipment to use.
The initial application of polish was streaky and uneven.
I left before the appointment was complete as I had no confidence that the manicure would be completed well.
