The salon itself is extremely run down and may put many people off. However if you can see past that - the staff are incredibly good. The lady who did my wax was competent and took her time to ensure a good (and relatively pain free!) process, plus it is extremely good value. I would seriously recommend it - just don't expect frills!

The experience was a bit disappointing-after all the good reviews, I did expect more. The waxing was really painful (I can bear a lot but this was a bit too much at times). The girl who did it tried hard, however she asked if I wanted a different wax almost at the very end of procedure. If I had been offered it sooner, I'd probably be much more content.
The facilities are very basic and not too relaxing. Maybe some music could brighten up the mood of the place.
It was a good price though.
